I took the picture with them and hoped they would stick to there word. I let the GM or head manager Chris know when I was coming. The car was dirty. Ok no dents or nothing a a good clean can't resolve. I'm keeping an open mind due to the distance traveled. The tires were all mismatched. You can't accuse the dealer of this because it's as pre-owned car. However most dealers would have changed the the tires that were bald on 4/32 tread.
