I have never felt so disrespected, dismissed, or unheard by a medical professional. Dr. Eldokla was fantastic, along with staff. We are so very happy to have found this practice. It was well worth the trip from Binghamton for this excellent care. Testing done on Tuesday and follow-up the next morning!! Just so thankful !
Waited almost 2 years and had to do various tests through my PCP to get a referral accepted here just for the doctor to ask me to stop taking half of my meds for several days, not listen to me, and tell me the my medications are causing my symptoms anyways. The receptionist and staff that preformed the test were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I fear that going through 2 days unmedicated, miserable and confused just to take this hour long test will ultimately get me no closer to a diagnosis or treatment.
