Amazing dr.
Everyone that works here is very kind and efficient. I have received treatment from both Dr. Shum and PA Michelle and am always satisfied. Wait times are NOT long. They’re very on top of everything and get back to you when they say they will. The providers are highly intelligent and do whatever they can to help you.
This is Neurology place is highly not recommended. Awful wait time in the waiting room. Once in the room, the wait time got worse. Once this doctor came in, Florence Shum, awful attitude. She thinks she is all that. At the end, nothing resolved. She does not know anything at all. All she does is prescribed the highest dose medication. Ridiculous!!!!! Absolute waste of time.
Highly recommended Dr. Shum and Dr. Michelle, great and supportive.
I do not recommend this office. After undergoing an ultrasound over a month ago, I am still waiting for my results. Despite multiple calls to the office, I have not received any communication from the doctor, nor have they provided me with a copy of my test results. This seems not only unprofessional but potentially illegal. I have called many times and I keep getting put off.
