I am in the area visiting and needed a pedicure and manicure badly! This shop is right next to the hotel where I am staying. I looked at the reviews a few days ago, and called to make an appointment with the one person who had been mentioned several times as being great. I was told the individual doesn't work there anymore. I hung up without making an appointment but called yesterday and asked if I could get the two services from someone who is great at their job. Alaina at NY Nails is absolutely amazing her talent speaks for itself! No matter what design I ask for, she always delivers and exceeds my expectations. My nails come out perfect every time. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

I came here the day before Easter and got my nails done a brand new full set, I left with them looking like they already needed a fill, clumpy, not cute at all! A full set cost me $50 and five days later all of my nails are lifting and my pinky already popped off. 5 Days!!!!!! It was the guy that sits close to the front. I should’ve known from the moment he started rushing everything that everything was gonna be bad at the end.

I gave this salon 3 stars because the establishment is clean, the staff was nice and my nails were neatly polished. My pedicure, however, left more to be desired. I felt rushed. The entire process from soak to polish took LESS than 15 minutes. My heels looked untouched. This was my second visit. I had a similar experience the first time but I decided to give them a second chance. I will not return.
