Have been to both locations numerous times. Service is always fast and efficient. No long wait time. The staff and providers are very friendly and help me address all my concerns. Already recommended this office to friends and family.

No one in the office Made an appointment online. Came to the office. Office appears to be closed. No one answering the phone. Been coming here for years. Won't be back. Disrespectful of my time. Edit in response to the office's response: I don't know how the office was open. Both elevators had the key to the 7th floor turned "off". In other words both elevators physically could not go to the 7th floor

The practice is very neat and well organized. They have 2 convenient locations and are very timely.

I came in expecting the usual medical experience: confusing forms, mysterious wait times, and at least one person sighing at a computer. Instead, I was unsettlingly well cared for. The staff were too competent. Appointments ran on time. Questions were answered clearly. Tests were explained before I had the chance to Google worst-case scenarios.
