Brought my Michael Kors watch in for a battery. Gentleman said he couldn't remove what seems to be a simple plastic spacer to get to battery. He closed it up and said he couldn't help me. I took ot to the Fossil store I bought it from at the outlets and when the lady opened it she said the plastic piece was broken in 2 places
