The most unprofessional doctor and office staff I have ever seen!!! I was schedules twice for a surgery with general anesthesia, was instructed not to eat or drink 6 hrs prior to the appointment and was turned away both times!!! Horrible experience, would never recommend anyone going there!!!!
Dr. Ruvinsky and his staff are friendly, professional, and services were expedited wonderfully. A dental emergency brought me to NY Institute-Oral & Maxil in Brooklyn. My dentist was "booked" but they saw me 1...2...3. Thank you so much! A+++
