If I could give less than one star, I would. It's been a year since my roommates and I moved out of our apartment and we still haven't received our security deposit. They avoid calls and emails and steal money from 20-somethings just trying to survive during a global pandemic.

Everyone thing Zack has said in his review is 110% accurate and true. This "management" company is extremely unprofessional and criminal, avoid them at all costs. I currently do not have any heat or hot water as well (34 degrees outside), we conveniently lost both once the temperature dropped below 50. I say this because this has happened EVERY TIME the temperature drops significantly. Absolutely criminal. No heat and no hot water for days now. No working oven for about 6 months since moving in 8 months ago. Never seen the super - not sure if he even exists. Building is filthy and uncared for - urine, feces, drug needles. Never spoken to the landlord, Isaac Wattenstein. He's never returned any of my calls. These people are criminals. I moved out of my apartment 6 months ago and they are still refusing to even answer my phone calls. They will nickel and dime you to death but steal your money given the chance.
