Kenny and his lovely assistant are phenomenal colorists. I have my hair bleach and toned regularly and the truth is it's not an easy process. A great colorist will get the color perfect, not cause you any pain and not fry your hair and Kenny and his assistant achieved this. The conversations we would have would during my colors were equal parts hilarity, philosophy and pontification and although I've moved away I look back on these colors there as some of my fondest Poughkeepsie memories tbh.
I had a fantastic experience with Kenny! I got exactly the pixie cut I was looking for, and I went platinum blonde. It was a more complex dye job and he made me feel totally comfortable and in the know on what was happening to my hair. He worked on me with his assistant and the whole process was very efficient. I am so happy with the results!
I've been going to see Kristen for years. She is the best colorist I know.
