I had a rather small job that needed to be done -- needed aluminum capping done on a newly-installed third floor window. Many other companies turned down the job, but Jonathan came by to check out what needed to be done and promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment to get it done. He was friendly and communicative throughout, arrived on time, and cleaned up the work site afterwards.
