I had a rather small job that needed to be done -- needed aluminum capping done on a newly-installed third floor window. Many other companies turned down the job, but Jonathan came by to check out what needed to be done and promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment to get it done. He was friendly and communicative throughout, arrived on time, and cleaned up the work site afterwards.
NY General Renovation Inc has been extremely helpful and professional. They took the time to explain purpose and importance each job that needed to get done. They were easy to reach and had excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job!
