I was changing a tire when I slipped putting it back on. I pulled muscles in my lower back and was having pain and stiffness the next day. I called NYF&BS and set up an hour massage. When I arrived Summer introduced herself. I told her about my back and she said not to worry. She worked on me, focused on the the area, put CBD oil on, hot stones, and then asked if I wanted to extend to 90 minutes. I said sure and she continued to work on the area. Over the holidays I've done a lot of manual labor. This morning I woke up with back muscle pain. I Google therapy company's open near my house. I came across NY foot and body. There reviews where great. So I booked the first opening! I arrived early, as you never know with traffic. I was warmly greated and taken back right away. I advised I needed neck and back attention.
