I can’t stress this enough but the doctors good but the receptionist is astonishingly rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. For the first couple of months I’ve had no issues at all going for my therapy until one day I was a little late and right in front of me Dr. Schroeder‘s receptionist is bragging to a coworker about how close she was to canceling my appointment and kicking me out for running 5 min late. El personal de la oficina de bay shore y brentwood no sirven para nada yo deje un mensaje para que enviaran la reseta de mi medicina espere dos dias y cienpre con la misma mentira que le vamos a aser saver al doctor pero eso es una mentira al final la medicina nunca yego ami persona. Estas personas real mente no sirven ni para linpiar un baño solo estan. Por estar viendo el telefono y platicar entre ellas yo Les recomiendo que no visiten este lugar..!!
Incompetent staff! My wife saw Dr. Schroeder on Monday and he told her that he will request an authorization for an MRI by the end of the day. On Thursday she called the lab to check on the status and was told that they did not get anything from the Doctor. She then called the office and was told that they did not send in the request as yet because they did not have time to do it. Dr. Mancuso it's one of the best foot doctors I've been to. He's been my podiatrist for over 10 years I would recommend him to anybody.
