I had a very positive experience with New York Flooring Guys. The response to my initial inquiry was prompt. On the day of my appointment, the workers arrived on time. Leo explained again the procedure Including options for the finish. Caesar Did the heavy work. He removed the rug, sanded the floor, applied the finish and cleaned up. Both Leo and Caesar were very polite and professional gentlemen. I was satisfied with the outcome.
