This is my fair review. I originally called them to repair creaking on my second floor and stairs. Install vinyl flooring on my second floor landing, and new hardwood treads for the stairs. The good is they were very nice guys that showed up on time everyday. The secretary was very professional and was the liaison between myself and the workers, with well laid out contracts The bad is the price. Leo and the team were great! I asked a million questions about different flooring options, had Leo come measure more than once, and changed my mind a few times along the way . They were super patient with me through the whole process and never made me feel like I was being difficult. In the end, they delivered exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love my floors! I would definitely recommend NY Flooring Guys.
They do a great job, very professional and quick. The price is also reasonable. I will definitely consider using them again.
