After leaving the 1 star review I received a phone call from Tony inquiring about my experience. I told Tony that I left the bad review because on my last visit I received the worst haircut I have ever had. Tony apologized to me for my bad experience, and offered to make it right if I returned. I still have a bad haircut but that call from Tony was very professional. Thank you Tony

I had a fantastic experience at NY’s Finest Barbershop! Carlos did an outstanding job—professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. Booking an appointment was quick and easy, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere.
