I had a great experience
I was taken as a patient at the last minute which I was grateful for. I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Bruckner and his staff was very professional and courteous. I am a big chicken but I never felt any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this group. Thank You for helping me.
I am extremely happy with the outcome of my treatment at NY Endodontic Associates. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of special dental evaluations. I was not happy about being uncertain about the amount of funds my insurance company would cover toward the total cost of the procedure because I was told that I would be given a solid figure prior to the start of any treatment when I made my appointment. I am extremely happy with the care I got today for my "difficult" root canal. Dr. Goziker was kind and compassionate to my "special" needs. I am definitely a difficult case due to my limitations in opening my mouth and mucosal vulnerabilities. Dr. Goziker took great care in keeping me comfortable while completing the root canal successfully. Though Dr. Bruckner did not do the work, he too impressed me in our initial consult. Very nice, friendly, clean & professional office & staff. My preconceived root canal fears were totally unjustified based on my experience at NY Endodontic with Dr. Bruckner. Like my referring dentist, Dr. Mike Resnick, Dr. Bruckner is a highly skilled practitioner and, even, an artist! Highly recommended if you need root canal. Less expensive than expected and I love the skilled use of all the latest technology such as digital X-rays & photos before and after and HD monitors to show and explain the process. Thank you.
