The front desk receptionist is very rude and had a nasty attitude. She couldn’t understand that people have lives and miss phone calls. I did all my paperwork online and even arrived before my appt time . I just needed to provide updated insurance and she was disrespectful and passive aggressive telling her coworkers knowing I can hear her “she is lucky I didn’t cancel her damn appt” she was rude and aggressive my entire visit. Yeah, I’m on it. So, here we go.⭐ 1 star. My experience with NYC Dental Boutique has been really disappointing. On one visit, I was told I’d be seen right away, cleared my work schedule, and then waited an hour and 15 minutes. I had to remind the staff multiple times I was even there to be seen. During the wait, a dental professional offered a gum treatment for about 70 to 80 dollars, which I clearly declined. Even so, they applied it anyway, then billed my insurance. Highly recommend Dental Boutique!!! Such a wonderful dental office! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the dentist is caring, professional, and attentive. I really appreciate the care and attention from the entire team.
