This is my favorite place to look for plants in the neighborhood. Every plant I’ve gotten here is healthy and thriving. I found a sundew plant here which I think is rare find in NYC.
I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, I was sent the wrong plant. I ordered a variegated Hoya compacta, but instead, I got what looked like a variegated Hoya Karrii a completely different plant. This is a frustrating mistake that could have been avoided with better quality control. To make matters worse, when I contacted the seller, they ignored my message, refused to help and offered no real solution. Mistakes happen, but how a seller handles them matters.
