Cheryl, Sam and all the girls at the front desk are absolutely amazing and helpful, always going above and beyond. The entire staff are courteous and have made rehabilitation as enjoyable and attainable as possible.
If you looking for a comfortable, good carrying crew with respectful customer service I highly recommend this place. Also they more flexible with your schedule and always carrying for your service. They have the most experienced and talented doctors crew so, Dr.M, Dr.Polomnp and the lady Dr. Victoria are the best outta here. This is the most popular, best and the respectful therapy in Staten Island, and pretty sure from the whole New York. It have a trendy professional atmosphere. This place is incredible. They always treating me so well, even though I'm late for the session they were so flexible with scheduling. Dr.M and Dr.Polombo are the best out of here, so I highly recommend you to pick any of these doctors and get your job done. Dr.M is highly dedicated to his job. Overall counting, I would give my 10/10 for this place!
I am having a great experience here. I was so apprehensive about coming because of an extensive prior surgery on my spine and other health issues. My frame of mind totally shifted after my initial consultation. My physical therapist, Rushi, conducted an extensive evaluation and took all of my ongoing issues into account. Excellent place to recover and improve your physical well-being. The Staff is downright amazing, they greet you by name and work very well to accommodate your needs towards recovery and self betterment. Some stand out more than others but this does not dim the shine other staff members. My only gripe is that the billing dept. knows more about their incoming checks sent by my insurance than i did and request them before i even received any from my medical provider.
Every aspect of this place is excellent. The staff is professional, humorous as well as serious about your recovery. The technology is top notch but the staff uses the best of what has worked in the past in combination with this technology. You have to do the work, it is after all your struggle but they make it so much easier to get and and feel better.
I am getting physical therapy and chiro treatment for my car accident on 11/10/16. The treatment is phenominal. I recentlly went in the cocoon pod. After one treatment I woke up pain free for the first time in thirty years. I recommend this facility if you are in any type of pain.
The office treats you like family, Always professional and helpful to help with rescheduling issues and very helpful on targeting special need. I love going to the office and feeling so much better when i leave. THEY EVEN GO AS FAR AS LETTING ME KNOW IF THERE IS A MESSAGE CANCELATION TO offer it to me!
