doctor was not an expert in the area I needed despite his staff telling me so over the phone. Directed me to an actual specialist. Still got charged though.
I’ve been going to NY Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, Sinus & Allergy for quite some time now and Janice never disappoints! Appointments are always on time and visits are seamless ! Bedside manner is superb and any questions are always answered. I trust them with any friend or family member.
Had the best experience with Janice, FNP! I came in with a completely impacted ear and was in so much pain—there was no wait at all. She was incredibly thorough, cleaned everything out quickly, and it was completely painless. The whole process took about 2 minutes, and I was in and out in under 10. I feel so much better. Such an easy, professional experience!
