My personal opinion and experience today with this medical office is so disappointing. First of all They are lying they making appointment with Dr then one day before telling you that you won’t be able to do allergy test which you requested at first place secondly today I made appointment again double check yesterday about second person who is coming with me they made a mistake and promise to fix it and that I still should come and see Dr today Turns out second person was never on schedule. Clinical staff excellent, front desk receptionist on cell phone and forgot to check me in,
Doctors are professionals but not the front desk workers mainly that black lady whatever her name is. Very rude and unprofessional.
