This was my first time using professional Oriental rug cleaning and I’m glad I chose this company. My Kashan rug belonged to my parents and had never been professionally washed before. The difference after cleaning was honestly surprising. The patterns became much more visible and the Wool felt softer.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole experience was actually pretty smooth. I had a Persian rug that needed cleaning, and they handled it carefully from the start. The guy who came for pickup was polite and explained the process without making it complicated. When the rug came back, it looked refreshed and softer. Definitely happy with how it turned out.

I appreciated that the rug didn’t come back smelling like strong detergents. It just smelled clean. The texture felt natural and the rug looked even throughout. The pickup and return were both smooth, and I never felt out of the loop. Overall, a really solid experience.
