I booked an online appointment for which I received an email confirmation. I waited all day and no one showed up!! No one even bothered to call, email or text. When I called, emailed and text, no one responded to any of my messages...Very unprofessional. Poor business practice. To give the company a chance I tried rescheduling online of which I also received an email confirmation, let’s see what happens.
Great company and I want to use them for a few more reglazing projects but no one answers the phone or texts back. Are you guys still in business?
I used these guys and what a mistake. They did the job but couldn’t get it right. They repaired and reglazed my tub. It started peeling and cracking a week later. They had to come a few times after and still same issue. Getting them here was like pulling teeth. Chris never answers. No response. Now I have to hire another company to come and do the job. Don’t deal with these guys.
