A few days ago I decided to have a consultation and dropped off a check to “secure” my appointment. After a few hours I had decided to hold off on the consultation. I called the office and let them know, I was specifically told that my check won’t be deposited and that they will hold it for when I decide to do the consultation. Do not use Nora Hickman, I spent $2380 and a week later I decided to dismiss my divorce case, yet she still wanted more and more money from me. Did not represent me in anyway that I wanted, I felt like I was going to lose my case because of her. Some lawyers just want to take your money and that’s her. If you want a lawyer that is going to stand up for you and do their best to get what you spend thousands of dollars to do, I would not recommend her!
I hired Kris Sexton recently for a custody case. It was very emotional and complicated. Kris and her paralegal Hannah took the time to get to know me on a personal level and the case in its entirety. They always responded right away to all of my many questions and worked so very hard for me. Hiring Kris was the very best decision and I will always be grateful to her and Hannah for all of the hard work and passion they put into my case. It truly showed in court.
