Honestly a great gym for people who are interested in getting in shape and making serious progress, not just making instagram reels. Ample equipment, plenty of space. Not too overcrowded However, a/c is weak so it makes some workouts tough or you have to wait until sun goes down. They are low on paper towels and are down to maybe one roll for entire gym at times. I don’t really leave reviews but this place is outta there— can’t say if it’s poor management or unethical business practices (my suspicion) but I’ve had a hell of time cancelling my membership. I still have to dispute my charges every month because I can’t issue a stop payment on the cc it’s on. Super annoying. They have the MLM/slumlord/medicare-scam heart. Don’t support.

A real, grimey, out of the mud gym. You come here to work, sweat, and rebuild
Been coming here for years since 2016. Loved how much it grew, best atmosphere, great prices compared to other chain gyms Edit: Had to adjust my review. I tried to contact staff via visiting and emailing to cancel my membership due to me moving cities across the state for work but I can never get a hold of them. I no longer live in Dallas since Feb and they still continue to charge me every month.
