Great customer service and always a pleasure to work with.
My husband and I have lived in an NXT property for the last 2.5 years, and I can honestly say they are the best management company I have ever worked with. The remodel on the apartment was beautiful, and they are so responsive to any maintenance requests that we are never left in the lurch. If you have the opportunity to rent from them in the future, my advice would be to take it.
Great customer service. Really appreciate their prompt response times and willingness to work with their tenants. Grateful to live in an NXT Realty apartment and would recommend to anyone shopping around the Chicagoland area!
Scums and scammers
Cindy was an absolute joy to work with. I met her once my broker and I identified a property I wanted to rent. From the very first moments, Cindy put me and my broker at ease with the process and required documentation. She was so incredibly prompt and polite throughout the application process, and because of her responsiveness I was able to fully submit my application the same day.
