Cindy was an absolute joy to work with. I met her once my broker and I identified a property I wanted to rent. 50 min prior to my apartment tour, I was notified by the agent Cindy that she would need to reschedule as she had a flat tire (which may not have been entirely true). This was a huge inconvenience as I was already halfway there and 30 min into the trip. Cannot recommend this agency in good faith.
