I purchased 2818 Eliot St. from this seller. A month before closing, we had 3 items on a resolution to be completed, and 10k in escrow to be withheld until completion of work. We are now 5 weeks beyond the date of execution of the resolution, and the agreed upon repairs are still not complete. Additionally, the company attempted to acquire the funds directly from the Title company without my sign off and without completing the work.
