THEY SUCK THEY WERE RUDE AND THEY CHANGE MY RATE AND MY BOYFRIEND AND I WAS TOLD TO FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE AND WE HAVE BEEN WITH INFINITY FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND THE GIRL @ NXT MARIA SHE WAS VERY RUDE. DIDN'T TRY TO HELP US AT ALL AND MARIA THE AGENTS DID SAY TO US TO FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE. NXT INSURANCE SUCKS. AND INFINITY SUCKS PANCAKE INSURANCE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY MATTHEW AND ROB THANK YOU

Not the best experience owner very rude... they tell u one thing and when you find out it’s the other..
I really appreciate NXT work, and I’m glad to meet them. They work very well and hard to find the better option. The staff helps me a lot every time I call. Very kind staff and actually know the business. I strongly recommend.
I have worked with David for over 2 years now and I have no plans of ever leaving. He is always extremely polite, professional and quick to help me. I recently had an issue and David took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and expedite everything so my needs were met within 24 hours. He's the best insurance professional I've ever dealt with!
