NEVER RENT HERE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY The building constantly breaks down. Every week, the elevators break down, the access doors too. In the summer, the pool never works, and that happens every year. The air conditioning works one week and doesn't the next. It's hell living without air conditioning. Terrible management, and the security guards are just for show. Look for better options in the city.
Not a good building, AC has barely worked the past 2 years.. some units hit 29 degrees during outagges in summer... the tennis court has been unplayable for 3 years, the outdoor pool under constant repair, hasn't opened this whole summer. Sad, it could be a great building but everything keeps breaking down.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this condo at all costs. While the location is amazing, that’s pretty much all that is positive to say about NXT. There are constant (and I mean constant) issues, extremely disorganized or rather non existent communication regarding status of projects, constant fire alarms, elevators out of service (with emergency call buttons not even working), amenities out of service (the tennis court has been under construction for 2 plus years) no AC for months and no visitor parking for months etc. ... read more
As many reviews hv shown, this building management continues to fail to fix the AC... over and over and over again...
0 star condo. The worst place i’ve ever lived in. From elevators broken constantly, to no AC for months, and management having absolutely no respect or disregard with the people living in the building. By far the worst investment you can make. The reserve fund study for this building shows a LARGE amount of corruption and as consequence lack of funds. If you don’t want to be miserable this is NOT the place for you
