My kitchen looks great! There were some hiccups along the way but Doc, the new owner, came to my house and was always available if I had any questions and concerns. Addison always returned my phone calls and made sure that I was happy. He was extremely professional and wanted the best satisfaction from customers.

December 10, 2018- Zero response from NXS to make warranty repairs. Guess I will have no choice but to file with ROC. November 29, 2018- update: Just found out there was an electrical problem on install. I've requested via text and email that service be provided under the warranty. Let's see how long it will take for repairs be set up and done. Dec 8, 2017- job was completed. My bathroom is stunning. I am happy with the final result. NXS Remodeling permanently closed their doors with no notice to customers or employees stiffing 100s of customers for large sums of money.

These guys are the worst! Seriously! I’ve given them over $12,000 and all they have done is demo of a bathroom and removed a cabinet. It’s been 3 months! They call and demand money so they can ‘peoceed’ With construction and then fail to proceed. They dodge phone calls, do not return emails and ignore my voicemails. I don’t understand how anyone can do business like this. Do not waste your time or money with these people.

The owner of this company is a fraud. He had one of his workers text everyone that the company is shutting down (a coward move) and that they won’t be paid for their work this Friday (right before Christmas of course) because “they can’t afford it”. There are multiple customers who have already paid and will have unfinished work as a result of this (some have their house completely torn down for remodeling). I hope the owners of this company get every lawsuit that’s coming their way.
