Awful experience with them! We've been waiting a month for our truck. My husband has called, texted and emailed them several times trying to find out where our truck is. They finally replied and said we owed storage fees! It wouldn't be in storage if they had done their JOB! He said they had been trying to reach us. We've received NO phone calls, NO voicemails, NO text, and NO emails. Exactly how were they trying to reach us...by carrier pigeon! My experience here wasn’t the best. The customer service I received was horrible. I was hung up on, and had a very difficult time getting a manager when I ask for one. When I finally talk to the owner and I explained that I had paid for a long distance tow and it had not been booked in over a week, they brokered a deal for another company to pickup my car. When I signed up for the service I was assigned to Jorge Perez, he made everything sound just great and how he would be there for me through the entire process. When it was getting close for the company to pick my vehicle up, no one ever contacted me. I called Perez several times and left messages, to no avail. I spoke with a few other customer service reps that can only be described as "incompetent" and rude. On the day of my transport I was told they were still looking for a carrier to pick up my vehicle. I shipped a car to Puerto Rico. I talked to a number of shippers and National Express was the most knowledgeable one I talked to. Their rep was able to walk me through what was a complicated shipment and was very straight on all aspects. Their price was very competitive. I recommend them highly.

Great Service, No surprises. The staff is courteous and educated. I got 1 or 2 lower prices but for a $25 difference I'd rather have peace of mind that it was going to go well. They did as promised and delivered my car on time. I was in constant communication with the driver and staff. Really good company if you need to ship a car.

Professional and responsive company that is very well organized. I had direct contact with the driver as well. It was a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to transport their vehicle.

Price was great. Service was great. Always answer the phone. No pressure to book with them which I liked a lot. Altogether I’d say that this was a job well done. My only observation is that their driver called me the night before saying he’d be there at 8 am, which was still the day before, but felt a little short notice. But I am very happy with how the whole car shipment went. The driver and really everyone who contacted me was very professional.

Purchased a vehicle from Miami and chose them because they were near the dealer that sold me the car. Great service. They said it would take 3-4 days at most to get it for me and my car was on the hauler literally the next day and heading over to me. I was very satisfied with the service and the efficiency.
