We were treated poorly by the Dr. After a visit to an Urgent Care a week before and being treated for back pain, my husband was still in excruciating pain, so I took him here. We saw Dr Kenter. We were asked why are we here, and again treated for back pain without bloodwork or any Xrays and charged $250. He ended up at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center for 12 days with acute kidney failure and blood cancer. Just horrible.

Bad experience there. The techs and nurses are constantly on their cellphones. It is very difficult to get anyone to help you. Thec doctir spent maybe two minutes with me, tellling me I have highs, when I have had major depression and ptsd for decades. No highs. Really bad experience there. It was such a mistake to think that they would help me or care, because they didnt.

Do not go here. i repeat, heed my warning, do NOT go here. they dont care. they're in it for the money. DO NOT GO HERE. you might get strip searched without your consent, theres always fights, and the staff dont care. One of them heard of a VERY serious issue with a patients mental health and laughed. openly. they dont care. all you do is eat and watch movies here thats it. it doesnt help. not to mention the staff are DISGUSTINGLY mean. if you had a good experience then lucky you, but heed the warning from these reviews and ... read more

Bad care. The techs, nurses, and social workers spend more time on their cell phones than with patients. The TV is not a babysitter. I was in a group and the tech had her phone in one hand, texting, while trying to run the group. You don't matter there.

This is to praise the West Henderson Hospital staff in the emergency room for the customer care provided from around 11:30 PM on Thursday night, December 11, 2025 through Friday afternoon, December 12, 2025 upon our departure. This included I believe a Nurse named Matt, Nurse Viera and Technician Hillary who went above and beyond the call of duty. from begnning to end they demonstrated a pleasant attitude; doing excellent customer service administering meds, toileting and cleaning my wife who has been diagnosed with ALS an... read more

CHYC helped me alot. i got along with most staff but the food there is gross, the place was dirty. the clinical therapists were great but the way some not all but some staff treated different kids. like one of the male PMs(program managers) pushed one of the girls onto the bed from one of the rooms. i wouldnt recommend staying for over atleast 6-9 months

RUN far from this hospital unless you are in an absolute emergency. If you have to go to this hospital, don't plan on walking out with a firm diagnosis. Use CHAT GPT!!!! Otherwise, healthy Husband was seen for 2 hours in May with serious symptoms.... high BP, heart rate issues, nausea. Labs showed mild electrolyte imbalance, blood and protein in urine. Let staff know that he has had kidney stones in the past.........Diagnosed with a UTI and panic attack! SERIOUSLY!? There was NO PANIC and NO UTI. Found out he had 3 k... read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is not for rehabilitation. It’s the worst environment ever created for rehabilitation.

Texoma Breast Center may be using out of network doctors even though they are in network. This leaves a balance bill that insurance will not pay for. They did not inform me they were using out of network doctors and I was billed almost 300 dollars which is a violation of the no surprise billing act that was passed by congress.
