AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't even get me started on how terrible the website is to use either. I was charged a $3.50 convenience fee for paying my bill 17 days ahead of time! No where does it say "to avoid fee pay with checking". I had to search high and low to find an area that said "pay with checking". I clicked "pay bill" and was immediately routed to pay with a checking or credit card. Such a shame I am forced to use this company through my apartment complex for the next 12 months.
They will charge you $10 fine if you miss your payment by few days even though if you are regular timely paying customer. I never see any companies doing it for few days delay including PG&E, Cable companies like Comcast or Phone companies like AT&T. NWPSC is definitely the worst one I have to deal with. I call it myself NWP Service Crap!.
This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was speaking with "albert" he was over the top rude and hung up on me! I can't believe a big company like this has such horrible representation. This is extremely upsetting
