Just like most of the reviews…we purchased a new construction and started having problems. Been here 2 months and the hot water heater stops working. First visit out they replaced the thermostats and left, assuring us all is fixed. 4 hours later still no hot water and we call again. A day later, same plumber comes out and replaces the elements. Def fixed this time…NOT! So we call again and this time we are very upset. We haven’t had hot water for a week! I ask to speak with the manager and get the very unprofessional Pam. Sh... read more

This company installs 125 psi relief valves in place of a thermal expansion tank. The new PEX lines are only rated for 100 PSI when the water is hot. Piedmont residential uses Northwest plumbing solely and several people in my neighborhood have had PEX lines burst due to this practice. I'm sure it's partly piedmont's fault, but it's 100% also Northwest plumbing's fault. All of our houses were about 4 to 5 years old when the pipes started failing due to this discrepancy.

I wish I had a 0 start option. We just bought a house and woke up one day with no water pressure in the home. Called them since they were an emergency contact and they said they work for the builder not me and to call my builder. Called the builder and they scheduled the visit. Called them back to get an time frame on when they would come out and they told me they canceled the work order because it's nothing they could do. This was an all day back and forth ordeal before anyone came to my home with no running water. Terrible... read more
