I wish there was a 0 option. Complete lack of customer service and even hung up on me when I told them my plumbing issue on my brand new home!! Terrible terrible terrible. Brand new construction and they won’t even come look at my issue and said to “contact a local plumber.” Wish this business would close down.
These people need to know how to drive. This particular driver speeds and run people off the road and cut them off. This one drives around the same time I go home and has nearly caused multiple accidents multiple occasions. I would not want to work with a company that does not hold these employees accountable.
This company has horrible customer service I feel bad for anyone else that has to go through warranty fixes on their new home. I have nothing good to say about this company .
I had a situation recently that could have turned into a $25,000 nightmare—but thanks to my builder and their plumbing team, it turned into a quick and honest fix. Just like most of the reviews…we purchased a new construction and started having problems. Been here 2 months and the hot water heater stops working. First visit out they replaced the thermostats and left, assuring us all is fixed. 4 hours later still no hot water and we call again. A day later, same plumber comes out and replaces the elements.
