Katie has been amazing and a huge help navigating SPED across 2 districts and 3 schools. She and her team are very knowledgeable and I can't recommend them enough!
Long billing cycle lag means that you don't have visibility on your bill until months later so it adds up fast before you can pivot. Though I was able to recoup some funds from the school district, that money was unknowingly spent on working with this business.
I only had the first consultation with Katie to help me navigate my child's school services and I was so impressed by Katie's calm demeanor, but most importantly, extensive knowledge. If you are frustrated with your child's school and need a neutral advocate, Katie is the best!
Katie is wonderful! She is educated and has a lot of experience working with diverse populations of students and families. Highly recommended!
