I live in the woods. Lots of trees. I’ve had a number of tree services work on my property. NWI Tree Services are right up there at the top. Guys who can climb trees are becoming fewer. Reuben has a climber, Adam, and ground men James and Deandre who are as good as they come. Efficient, smooth, and in control throughout the job taking 3 trees that couldn’t be reached by machines. I was really impressed.

Ruben and his crew came in and did a great job trimming up our parkway and backyard trees. He made sure we were happy with the work on each and every tree. The crew was efficient and cleaned up nicely. Will definitely recommend to family and neighbors!

These guys were great. I had trees removed and cut back. The crew was respectful and hardworking, all around very pleased with NWI Tree Surgeons work.

8/16/25: still no tree removal. They have not returned our deposit either. Stealing from a family with 3 young children is disgusting. The owner of the company, Ruben Arroyo, also blocked me on Facebook. Another woman just commented on my Facebook post saying they stole $300 from her as well. 7/25/25: deleted their company Facebook page. We are attempting to be patient, as now over the last two weeks, we have been told that since we need the power turned off for them to complete the job, that they have to give Nipsco a 3 day... read more
