Reuben and his team are incredible. Communication and timelines are reliable and fast, work is impeccable and impressive, and they clean up after is so thorough. We will always recommend them and call them out anytime we need anything.
They did a wonderful job removing the trees but never came back to do the stump grinding even after we contacted them multiple times. Claimed their machine was broke and gave us dates to come back but never showed up to complete the job after they were paid. Make sure all work is complete before you pay them or you’ll never see them again.
Ruben has horrible customer service and ZERO communication. He will take your money and keep giving you dates of when he “could” be there. He has more excuses than anyone I’ve ever met. When it came down to the absolute end of our deadline to have our tree removed he hired another tree company to come cut down our tree. Which honestly was the best decision he made. During the 70 MPH winds in Crown Point this past Monday, I had two good size limbs break 98% thru and were hanging on by a thread 20 feet over my garage roofline. Rubin and his partner came out and accesed very quickly and got the limbs down. It was a very sketchy situation and would of for sure caused some structure damage. They climbed the tree using ropes to secure & lower limbs and made it look easy. These guys were real pros on my emergency situation.
NWI Tree Surgeons did not clean up fully afterwards. They did a great job of safely removing the 4 large trees from our property and hauling away the limbs and branches. The stump grinding was done another day. They said they would be back to remove the wood chips/debris from that, and to put some topsoil down in the gouges in our lawn, and they have not been back.
