Daughter could not reach Dr for two weeks by phone or web app. Drove there, doors locked. Told by a local she closed up shop. NO NOTICE.

Switched over to make Jessica my pcp and first visit was canceled and never heard from them again and found out she closed up the place! Never got to see a doctor and now do not have a pcp!

My wife and came to see Jessica about a medical issue and after about an hour decided to move forward with her service. We were told that a payment of just under $100 was all we needed to pay for office visit, blood draw and lab testing. A month later it was discovered that blood draw and office visit was all we Paid for. I received a bill from the lab that tested the draw and was charged an additional $545. Very deceptive Jessica.

Had my first appointment this morning. I am beyond pleased with the time I had with Jessica and staff. I feel well informed and well cared for, for the first time in a long time. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a better health care experience.

NWI Health and Wellness is great! Jessica is awesome! I was recommended by a friend and like word of mouth suggestions. I called and was able to get in within just a couple days. She takes the time to listen to you and genuinely cares. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. The office is nice and clean. I am so happy I found a place to go where I feel comfortable! Highly recommend!
