Great shop, tom and diesel matt took the extra time to verify if my truck was a half year or not, and make sure I was ordering the correct stuff for 6.0 project! Great place for service or parts, 10/10 will be back
NWD Diesel is my go to shop for diesel or truck related stuff. The manager, Matt, is great. I’ve taken my 2021 Chevy Duramax there for a lot of add on stuff and now I’ll be taking my 2023 Ford F350 there.
I'd give 10 stars if I could! These guys are amazing. The communication was top notch. Customer service above and beyond! They got me in same day, although nothing ended up being wrong, they took my concern to heart. Never once correcting my verbiage, only asking leading questions. If you have a rig they'll take, I strongly recommend this shop for all your upgrades, emergency and maintenance needs. I know I will Thank you!!
