The water soluble solution works better at lower doses than the oil. I use it as a sleep aid and for stiff joints and I’m really happy with this product. I’ve use at least six other brands of oils and I’m switching to the Shaman. They also have CBD treats for dogs that work really well for anxiety and pain (tried on a arthritic dog and saw a noticeable difference). Definitely recommend.
American Shaman is great CBO product. The water soluble works fast and the lotion for pain helps really fast. I keep a small one in my purse to put on my wrist and legs if they get to hurting to bad while I'm out.

Bill is a great guy! He helped me figure out what we needed. I have a 7 yr old with SEVERE ADHD. Her meds work but make her a zombie. When they don't work she's a crazy psychotic rabid banshi.
