If you call them looking for a part they can only tell you if they have any vehicles that, might have the part you are looking for on them. Sometimes you can find exactly what you need but not always. Still a great place to start if you're trying to save money on car repair though.
They don't answer the phone and will hand up without acknowledging you
Was charged over double what the items cost new. Less then 2 minutes I returned and ask for a refund. They refused saying I could get stor credit. Manager became aggressive when I said that's like stealing people's money. I wish there was a way to give minus stars
The guy that took my call was a complete ass to me I won't get another thing from them again
