Shawn De Lozier was our landlord at our Bentonville home. He was more than just professional. He was a friend who made your experience a memory you wanted to keep. When we had problems with items in the home, he was always prompt and quick at resolving any issues. When we finally were able to move into our new home, he was very helpful. The person I spoke with on the phone today has absolute disgusting phone etiquette. He was sure to be difficult about giving requested information and rudely hung up after I thanked him for his time. Hopefully he is able to be retrained on how to handle conversations on the phone or he figures out how to leave a bad day at home. The conversation was highly unprofessional and I did not feel welcomed to call — probably will never call again unless it is necessary and even then I will dread calling this place.
