The person I spoke with on the phone today has absolute disgusting phone etiquette. He was sure to be difficult about giving requested information and rudely hung up after I thanked him for his time. Hopefully he is able to be retrained on how to handle conversations on the phone or he figures out how to leave a bad day at home. The conversation was highly unprofessional and I did not feel welcomed to call — probably will never call again unless it is necessary and even then I will dread calling this place.
