I will never refer this therapy to anybody Genise is a wonderful woman the new receptionist in the back is very rude gives me anxiety I was charged I missed a payment was charged $4 three weeks later they want to come up with I owe more money they took a hundred out of my debit card without even me authorizing it they never once tried to call me and speak with me and now I'm overdrafted my account because they decided to take $100 without asking me and then when I call them it's always an excuse I will never go with this com... read more

Girl at front desk incorrectly reviewed my insurance and told me I had a co pay. So I made my co payments for 4 or 5 sessions. About 5 months go by without having had an appointment with them and I suddenly start getting billed by them out of nowhere. Turns out I didn't have a co pay but a deductible. They never reached out to let me know of their error or that they would be suddenly billing me, they just started taking the money out of my account that they felt they were entitled to.
