Avoid this business. They engage in dishonest practices, their work is terrible, and they offer no refund. You will be very disappointed by these people. They agree to do work but they fail to do it. Then they refuse to refund any money and make excuses for why it's your fault and not theirs that your car didn't get cleaned the way they promised it would be. Sorry this may be long… ** IF YOU SEE NWA DETAIL, MAKE SURE THE OWNER IS NOT LES!!! HE LIED TO US AND THEIVED FROM US!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!! ** NWA Detail is definitely not the place you want to do business with. January 2014 my husband and I took our Tahoe & Camry to get detailed. The owner, Les, worked out a deal with us stating if we paid cash then he would not charge us taxes for the service. We didn’t argue, saved us some money. Not a well ran company. Please choose another place. Terrible experiences with these guys. It would be easy to have a friend or family member make a good review. Stealing, not doing a very good job, those are the types of reviews that are real.
