I have to say that NWA Dental is by far the best dentist and staff I have ever been to in my life, and I’m almost 73!! I had a root canal started on Monday and they called me yesterday to see how I was doing! Magan is so sweet and very accommodating of my rather difficult schedule! Dr. McDonald explained everything very well and saved me from having to go to an endodontist!
I’m not trying to criticize other local dentist offices, but the bedside manners here are truly exceptional. If you are searching I recommend NWA Dental Care. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Thank you all so much for making my experience so positive!
They gave me all the options available to me and let me choose the one that works with me and was the fastest most professional job ive ever received and they have definitely gained my family and I as a customer here!!!
I had a great experience with everyone in this office, Dr. Michael McDonald was kind and patient with me he explained everything that he was doing before and during each procedure I had with him he was also very helpful with my high anxiety during procedures and that made a huge difference I highly recommend this office!!
