I needed to find a place to repair my hail damage, I called NWA Dent Repair and talked to Billy Joe, he recommended I bring my vehicle in so he could estimate it and compare to what my insurance adjustor had quoted. My insurance adjustor was way off and Billy Joe handled all the phone calls that I didn't want to make to my insurance. My truck was completely covered with dents, I just got my truck back today and looked over it very carefully and couldn't find any dents in it anymore. Billy Joe was great! I brought my wife's car in for a couple of small dents. Billy Joe gave me a quote and I thought it was fair. During his inspection he noticed some other small dents on the hood. Probably from hail. He offered to fix them at no additional charge. He had the dents fixed in an hour. He was great! 5 stars are not enough. I'd give him 10 stars. I highly recommend him. Great guy!!!
Billy Joe was awesome to deal with. He was tied up with a big hail repair and still worked me in for door dents on my F-150 Crew Cab 4x4. He stated it would take an hour and that's exactly what it took. My door looks even better than before. He even buffed out a scratch on the rear door. I'll definitely be coming back to NWA Dent Repair if I need any work done going forward. Thanks so much for the great service!!
