Great guys, great hours availability, and explanations
They did a good job on my Iphone screen. It was done fast and they stayed late to get it done. All in all im happy with the results.
Staff is super friendly! Always feel well taken care of! I bought a phone from them & they helped me work through all the kinks of setting it up through my provider: Straight Talk. The phone started acting up and they did a couple updates to get it going again. Later I cracked my screen and they quickly repaired it and got me back on the road.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I took my Galaxy SIII there to have the cracked screen repaired. $119 plus tax. I thought it sounded reasonable. However, when I got the phone back, the screen was raised. I was told that's how it is with refurbished screens. I wasn't happy, but I thought they must know what they're talking about, so I payed the fee to get my phone back and left. DO NOT USE!!!!Brought an iPad 3 to them to repair, first attempt came back with a plastic screen that had come off before we got it home. Upon returning to the store the owner, Jason, refused to refund our money and instead said he'd fix it 'right' this time... Went back to pick it up on a friday, and they were closed at 5:00 (2 hours early) and the iPad was not ready as promised.
