I have taken my vehicle here on 3 separate occasions. Their rates are very reasonable and the staff is very well qualified. Kevin does a good job explaining to me exactly what is wrong and gives me options for repairs. He even allows me to purchase my own parts and bring them in, which saves quite a bit of money versus most other shops in NWA, who have a 30-50% markup on list price for parts. I have found the last honest mechanic in the country. NWA Auto Body. Not only is this guy amazing, he provided a complete system scan of my car for free and 50% off labor and parts at cost all because I'm a Veteran. If you have a veteran in your immediate family he offers the same deal. I won't ever go anywhere else. And talk about customer service. I felt like family. I had my rack and pinion replaced here in September and the part failed this week. I called them to try to schedule an appointment and they told me that since they are moving shops, they don't have a place to work on my car. On top of that, Kevin (the shop manager) told me that I would have to pay the full amount again until Auto Zone reimburses them later.
