Muy mal Servicio por parte del Doctor Baxstrom , hoy fui a mi cita, porque tengo un caso con L & I y fui a escoger mi marco para mis lentes, Me sentó entre el pasillo , puso su cajas de marcos a un lado y le dio el espejo a mi esposo para que me ayudara . Y Después me dijo apúrate porque tienes 5 minutos para escoger tu marco y yo que??? Su modo de atender , su respuestas,su trato . Sentí que me discrimino por ser hispana y sobre todo porque tengo un caso abierto con L&I . Llego otra familia y a ellos los atendió super, porq... read more

Doctor is very unprofessional with showing up on time so far I’ve always had to wait 30+ every time I come here
Being told I have a "rare condition" called idiopathic intracranial hypertension and then having the woman doing the exam list off in great detail every horrible thing that can happen to me because of this "condition" is not exactly a great thing to have happen to someone who has Aspergers/ADD/Medical PTSD. But the worst thing of all? The women had to go get her "higher up" to come confirm what she saw...and the higher up did...well I waited a year to see a specialist for IIH. I have been going to this clinic for my daughter's eye exams for over 4 years. After the surgery for isotropia, we are doing eye physiotherapy. This clinic has given us a lot of useful exercises and they check our vision clearly all the time. The results are impressive, so we will continue our cooperation.
