I was a little upset today. Did my whole eye exam to find out they don't give glasses to adults with my insurance. You should tell us this. I could of took my exam else where, so I could get my glasses at the same time. So now you took my exam from my insurance. Was really pissed about this. But other then this I love this place my son goes here for years. So now where do I take my insurance to just get glasses. Very nice Drs. We've recently had or 2nd eye exam for our 7 year old and they are very patient with kiddos. My son thought it was so cool that they had his favorite book "the sidewalk that never ends" We have yet to receive the glasses he was prescribed but when they come I'm sure they are going to help him with reading and with his school work. I appreciate them so much. The Dr. was informative and took his time explaining things to me in a way that I'd understand. I'd recommend them to you and your family. 10/10
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Baxtrom and his team! After my acquired brain injury, I thought I'd have to live with my visual processing disorders for the rest of my life(and never be able to drive again!). Dr. Baxtrom has helped me with simple tools/ training to process things in new ways and better process what I was seeing. Thanks to him, I can do things like turn around without making myself nauseous, ground myself when it feels like everything is coming right at me, and even drive again!
