We are very lucky to have such a great urology group in Bellingham! I love being able to refer my pelvic health clients there for support. I highly recommend Dr. Casperson for any sexual health concerns in addition to urology specific problems.

My mom had an appointment with Dr. Casperson yesterday (10/8/20) regarding issues resulting from the procedure she had a month ago. When my mom spoke to the Dr. and told her how unhappy she was with her experience, because she was forgotten about, the Dr. proceeded to get very defensive and started told my mom the issues she is having is her fault, and put back on my mom. The education they provide for their patients is phenomenally helpful...like no where else I’ve seen. Their attention to care for the pelvic & sexual health of women is always guided by their belief that starts w the least invasive, most natural & healthy outcome possible.
The receptionist is always considerate. I recommend Dr Casperson and her team.
Everyone here is very professional and caring. I never was rushed and the doctors and nurses explained the entire process. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Urology.
Dr Casey O Keefe is a caring and outstanding Dr. He put me at ease during a kidney stone procedure...taking care of it immediately...with a great bed side manner..The entire staff was professional and caring...would not hesitate to go back....
