No long waiting. Excellent Dr's and staff
Dr. Coker is wonderful and I truly appreciate his care. However, I’ve consistently experienced issues with communication from the nursing staff. My pharmacy confirmed they faxed a refill request two days ago, yet the clinic stated they were unsure what happened. I also left a message through the patient portal and followed up with my pharmacy, but I am now without my medication for the weekend. Dr. Coker is the most "git-er-dun" doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing! I decided to switch about 4 years ago now and it's been the best decision! My previous doctors tended to lean towards "you're too young for ____". Well he listened and put in referrals for my heart, gut, and brain. Years of begging for help and a couple visits with him helped me finally get answers. I'm 25 and have heart problems, gut problems, and had whole brain cancer. If I could leave 0, I would. Won’t go into detail, but spoke to 3 different people, and only 1 cared enough about my medical issue. Had already been seen by clinic and ER and they just gave me a whole run around as my situation has gotten a little worse. I was suppose to follow up within 2 days to review my progress (today) is and now I’m stuck scrabbling find something else, I asked the lady and she didn’t seem to care at all. Please go else where
Absolutely horrendous prescription refill situation. They say to notify ahead of time but you will get about one response a day by portal message and you will never get a prescription refill on time. They just don’t call them in for some reason. No phone line to call the actual clinic either, by design I’m sure. This place needs help. I would not recommend using this clinic.
