takes way too long to get seen, even if you have an appointment, waited 2 hours to be seen just for them to tell me they couldn’t do what i made the appointment for in that office, and i had to make ANOTHER appointment to get a referral for a specialist. definitely will not bring my 2 kids back here to be seen again. most awful experience with an office ive had in a while.

Yuck. Like waiting an hour past a scheduled appointment time? Then this is the clinic for you! Both times I've been here has been an hour long wait. When I brought this up during my visit, I was told to book earlier in the day, implying that staff knows of regular delays in appointment times, daily, for up to an hour in some cases, and that's just fine. I want to share that if you are thinking of going to Eastside think again. 1. You will never talk to anyone on the phone, 2. You will be lucky if you get a timely response via the portal, 3. They provided just awful service. If you look back I proved a 5-star to medical provider, but that opinion has changed as every time my prescriptions need refilled the CVS sends me a message that the prescriber has denuded your refill. I have been going to Dr Preston for about two years now he is an amazing doctor and so down to earth. The staff are always so nice and kind and everytime I call or have a issue they get me in or try there best to get me in the next day good people great staff way better than Mercy.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I called ahead to confirm they accepted walk-ins, and they assured me I could be seen by Dr. Preston. However, when I arrived, I was told I could not be seen. I had driven nearly 30 minutes while feeling unwell, only to be turned away. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when they're sick. I expected better communication and care.
